Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures and employee handbook.
Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors onboarding program and writes and places advertisements.
Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Maintains company organization charts.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Responsible for compliance with all regulatory, facility food safety, and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMPs) policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field At least two years HR experience Knowledge of federal, state and local legal aspects of HR Must have a solid understanding of all areas within the HR function Excellent computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with MS-Office.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
