Interstate Packaging is a Flexible Packaging and Label Company located west of Nashville, in White Bluff, TN. IP is seeking Digital Press Operators. This position is responsible for the set up and operation of HP digital presses to efficiently produce high quality digital print in accordance with the printing specifications and customer requirements and the Company's expectations. This position interacts with varying levels of internal and external personnel. General Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Set-up, operate and maintain digital imaging up to 7-colors
View and transfer digital files
Perform operator maintenance and work with support to trouble shoot issues
Digitally manipulating color calibration set-up to meet color target
Completes in-process inspections - follows work instructions and control plan
Experience/ General Requirements

Very organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to review color and make adjustments as needed
Excellent computer skills including e-mail and word processing
Willing to overtime as needed
Excellent work history
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
